  • Responsible for supporting EUV Technology development, engineering development and design. Work on ordering of parts, assembling, testing and problem resolution for EUV (Extreme Ultra Violet) vessel. Perform preliminary FEA analysis (Finite Element Analysis) (stress, fluids, vibrations, thermal). Drive full documentation of design including BOM, drawings, and procedures.
  • Manage and document development activities using product generation processes including FMEAs (FailureMode and Effective Analysis), concept reviews, design reviews and prototype builds.
  • Masters in Mechanical Engineering plus nine months experience as Mechanical Engineer/Technical Lead. Foreign equivalent education OK.
  • Suitable combination of education and experience and training OK.
  • BS plus 5 yrs of progressively responsible experience  or MS Degree. (*5 years includes 9 months towards experience requirement).

  • Job Duties:
  • Responsible for new product concept. Design and development semiconductor Etch equipment Source. Design parts with metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, advanced coatings, plating, etc. Design RF Match assembly/TMP shift components on Excelan, HP and other tools. Draw RF gen packaging design parts and release. Design edge rings as needed. Confirm impacted Next-Higher Assemblies (NHAs) and products, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis). Use tools like Pro/engineer, Solidworks, and Unigraphics. NX, and Catia V5, etc. Travel and relocation possible depending on projects.
  • Minimum Education:  Associates in Mechanical Engineering plus 60 months of experience as CAD/Mechanical Engineer. Suitable combination of education, experience and training OK. Foreign equivalent education OK. Background and other checks required.

  • Mechanical Engineer  @ San Diego, CA
  • Job Duties: Design, develop, test, analyze, troubleshoot and implement mech modules for Scan Electron Microscope (SEM) inspection/other measurement. Systems used advanced semiconductor devices. Design and release advanced Electron-beam Electrical schematic, system panels using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), DFMEA, DFM, DFA principles and applied research for chip manufacturing including for Lithography and metrology systems. Provide Technical Product Documentation with Tolerance Stack up designs and Bill of Materials (BOM). Expert in design tools like Teamcenter, Unigraphics NX, Solid works, etc.
  • Minimum Education: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering + 9 months of experience as Mechanical Engineer.  Foreign equivalent education OK. Suitable combination of education, experience and training ok. BS + 5 yrs of progressively responsible work experience = MS Degree. (* 5 years includes 9 months towards experience requirement).

System Engineer

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of electrical engineering design, troubleshooting at component level, system engineering, and safety code proficiency
  • Proficient in solving engineering problems using analytical techniques and engineering knowledge employing analog and digital circuitry, power controls, robotics, and possibly Radio Frequency concepts
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and software engineering disciplines
  • Working knowledge of electrical CAD tools
  • Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of difficult electrical problems.
  • Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports.
  • Supervise the development of, design, or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and/or detailed drawings/specifications of difficult scope.
  • Specify and review engineering documentation
  • Implements concepts for variety of product issues and electrical solutions
  • General understanding and utilization of engineering documentation
  • Supervision for mechanical design of electrical packaging.
  • Candidate will be a full time employee of Source Engineering working onsite at our major semiconductor client

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Very computer literate and strong knowledge in RF systems and Plasma Physics
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and modules.

Education

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and 7+ years directly related experience, or equivalent
  • MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and 2+ years directly related experience preferred, or equivalent

Job Requirements:

Work in multi-functional environment consisting of engineering, operations (purchasing, logistics, reverse value chain), global product management, finance, accounting, customer support etc. Work involves supporting engineering team in cost analysis, cost reduction road maps and break-even analysis. Engage in process decomposition, mapping, analysis. Formulate hypotheses for business problems and solutions. Knowledge required of accounting/finance, cost analysis preparation, corporate policies, risk recognition, customer needs, etc. Ability needed to manage issues, develop solutions, make analytics based decisions, etc. based on accurate analytics is required. Proficiently use MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Oracle and SAP

Education:

Masters (Information Resources Management/Management Information Systems). Foreign equivalent education OK. Suitable combination of education, experience and training OK.

Mechanical Engineering Manager

Job Requirements:

Manage 3800 Droplet Coalescence Metrology (DCM) and Droplet Generator modules (DGM) and assemblies activity for Electromechanical Engineering (EME) design work. Supervise team supporting development, design and Technical Product Documents (TPD) for SF-16 related DGM and DCM projects. Manage team for all design review activities including supplier engagements and cost definition. Manage team release for all TPDs to SAP. Support ASML EME team in 3D models generation, TPDs, assembly procedures, and other EME related activities. Complete module design for R2 release. Work with Teamcenter, UGNX and product specification documents. Consult in prototype builds. Attend critical design reviews and change control boards.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Master degree in Mechanical Engineering + 9 months of experience as Mechanical Engineer/Electro Mechanical Engineer. Foreign equivalent education OK. Suitable combination of education, experience and training ok. Background and other checks required. Travel and relocation possible depending on projects.
